She didnt show me the studio, lockers, or where the class was. I was pretty lost but figured it out.

Class was great, great work out, she gave personalized adjustments to everyone and accommodated for any injuries. (I’m in healthcare and I’ve noticed in group classes they don’t always ask about that or give adjusted exercises for them and appreciate that). Also was very different and fun to end a Pilates class with trampoline cardio and an actual cool down. Looking forward to coming again

This class is fast-paced and not for absolute beginners so be aware, but the studio offers an excellent fundamentals class too which I have been taking for the past 1-2 months! I also enjoyed the live pianist and spacious hall 🩰 can’t wait to come back to this studio every week :)

But they do have parking, I don’t know where, it did have an entrance on the side but it was closed at 7:30 am… but they do have parking validation, I did see other people in the class utilize the validation but I don’t have a clue as to where… Great class, I’m a beginner but I have had some Pilates class experience with other companies, the reformers were nice and clean, instructor was kind and emphasized on form, which was wonderful, would love to go again, I’m a bigger woman and I was sweating, so bring a towel if you sweat easily! Would love to come back again in the future!
