alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time doing Pilates with a reformer machine and definitely first time doing anything like the jumping class. I thought how could something be low impact but jumping the entire time and this machine makes it possible I was able to get my heart rate up and an amazing workout for my muscles, but it was easy on the joints. I familiar with lots of forms of movement and I’m quite coordinated so was able to complete everything. I will definitely be back!
