alle beoordelingen weergevenA great workout in just 45 minutes. Peter was walking around to give adjustments as needed, which was very helpful. It’s not HIIT (no jumping, sprinting etc) — but your heart rate definitely gets up there from pace of the weightlifting. Loved it! Hope to come back when I’m in the area again.
