The session was challenging yet enjoyable, and Beth’s lovely personality made it even better. She’s so encouraging and approachable, which really helps to feel at ease. I can’t wait for more lessons with her on Mondays—it’s the perfect way to start the week! Highly recommend her classes to anyone looking to improve their practice.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor was so lovely and supportive, the class was really nice for a first timer. She was very clear in her explanations and offered hands on support where needed. For those wondering what the class consists of it is basically Yoga but with a hammock to assist your stretches and holding those poses focusing not only on your muscles but also on your balance and joints. There is a point where you are upside down and for that though in the description I would recommend not eating or drinking too close to the class. The class is really amazing and ends with a complete relaxation exercise. Would highly recommend!
