alle beoordelingen weergeventhe class was a very different and good experience in blue light and good music. the difficulty level was a bit high for a beginner and it was at times difficult to follow instructions due to the music. overall it was a good experience and would love to try again. thanks for today.

alle beoordelingen weergevenReally great class and not too intense for a 7 AM class even though it’s power yoga. The studio is so nice, best I have been to in Copenhagen. Just a shame that on ClassPass it’s almost only hot classes available to book.
