alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class is great! Challenging enough that you feel the impact but very approachable no matter your stage of pregnancy. The pacing is perfect and no exercise goes on for too long. Morgana is the best instructor!! She has such a warm and welcoming attitude and teaches a fantastic class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenInstructor Carson was good at giving corrections. My only critique is that I like when the instructor is more engaged in the class itself instead of being on their phone and not doing the moves with us. That being said everyone has their off days and own things in their life going on. Pace of class was also beginner friendly. Moves were challenging as someone who has only done pilates a handful of times.

alle beoordelingen weergevenDaniel put so much care into the acupuncture experience. I sought this treatment to help move through grief and felt very held by his knowledge of TCM and his natural warmth. alle beoordelingen weergevenAndrew (front desk staff) was very helpful and accommodating from beginning to end, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was set up smoothly. I also tried their Ballet Barre and Tai Chi classes—both were small, intimate sessions with a maximum of six students, allowing for more personalized attention and corrections when needed. The classes are suitable for all levels, but what stood out to me was how well they catered to seniors. Most of the participants were 60 and older, which made the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. I've already started recommending it to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back!" 🙏🏼
