alle beoordelingen weergevenA freshly-opened studio with brand new mats, blocks and tools. It's a small, nice and quiet studio, went there in broad daylight but still cool inside, AC works great. Facilities include a toilet and shower room, towel, various amenities, hair dryer, dan straightener. No musholla, locker, waiting room and water dispenser tho, so just bring your water and wait inside the studio. For the class, the coach was nice. It was my very first mat Pilates, so can’t say much about the class itself, but it was definitely challenging for a first-timer with little to no alternative movements provided. Personally, it didn’t give me that feel-good feeling after the class but maybe it’s simply not the type of exercise I enjoy.

His hands on adjustments also helped a lot with my alignment. It felt much more traditional and disciplined compared to the studio yoga classes I’m usually used to, which honestly made the whole experience feel really humbling. Probably not beginner-friendly, but overall such a refreshing experience. Would definitely come back for more classes!
