I had al says been intimidated by hot yoga but decided to give it a shot today and am so happy I did she guided us through that entire way showing us with her own body in case we needed reference, hyped us up and had a god playlist corresponding to movements throughout. Really enjoyed this class! Thanks lady!

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time at Soluna but not to yoga and it was pleasant. The staff is kind and Tamara is a great instructor. I enjoyed the practice, as it was the perfect pace for Saturday morning. It was challenging yet accessible with prop usage. 60 minutes went by quick! I recommend this class for everyone, whether they’re first timers or advanced yogis.
