    I really liked Nathalie’s teaching and the class overall. Very cute studio and nice atmosphere as well. I was expecting the class to be more intense/cardio/with less pauses, etc. but I think there are limits to what the teachers can do in a class with 6/7 people with different levels and seeking different intensities. I had fun anyway !

    Be aware that the real location is about 5 minutes by bike from the location mentioned on the maps in Class Pass. The trainer is really friendly and helpful, tho the training is super hard, it suits you only if you’re really into strong cardio. It’s something like crossfit
