No fast paced weight lifting or weirdo moves that hurt your body. She asks everyone about their injuries before hand and gives corrections during the classes :)

Teaching how regulate the nervous system thru breath and posture correcting postures. Lots of insights of education of awareness of when in fight or flight and how to continously be able to adjust being in a calm state beyond the classroom. (Iyengar yoga only being approved by insurance for PT)
