I pr’d in energy level today which will def help in the october challenge, but took a lot to grt there. Overall a very challenging but rewarding class with Jennaca! (:

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time here and I am extremely impressed! The instructor had genuine, positive energy and she was super detailed about explaining each movement. I could definitely feel the burn for each set but not sweaty/out of breath. Definitely would be great for beginners or if you want a fun class to tone muscle. Loved it!
