Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.

The class was not easy, BUT it taught me a lot about which muscles are weak in my body and what I need to work on. if I couldn’t do the pose exactly, it was okay their was an easier pose option given that my body was able to do. I recommend taking a class and trying it out. I’m planning on continuing my classes! :)

It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! I did bring my purse and tuck it away somewhere but no one else did so I would probably leave it at home next time. Shoes are also kept outside at the door, and when I was here - someone probably accidentally took someone else’s shoes home. Probably best to wear more unique shoes here. Lastly, it’s really hard to tell but all the props are at the front of the room in a little hidden spot. The class itself was great and quite relaxing and a bit more restorative with a bolster! Also the end of the class with a guy singing was so amazing! A really great feeling class in the canyon!
