He will make you work for your abs, arms, & bum in the best way possible!!! Be prepared to be in tune because once class starts, it STARTS. Music playlist is always engaging! He will also give you 2-3 second breaks. Stretching towards the end is therapeutic. You’re the best Kevin!!! :)

The sounds were so relaxing, and I am speaking on behalf of people who hate meditating and just can’t. parking can be a little bit tricky so watch out for reserved signs. They can be ignored during the night time when those competing businesses are closed. Plan ahead for parking. This is very beginner friendly class.

Opening the hips and joints, while still engaging the core. I left feeling refreshed. A great class to add to your weekly cycle. This is a space for pregnant people or people who recently gave birth. I love how we share in the beginning of class and it feels so safe, intimate, and genuine to say how you’re currently feeling regarding your pregnancy surrounded by others who are going through the same thing or have just gone through it. I know it’s not a big deal but thought it was worth sharing. I will definitely still continue to keep coming back.
