The format was laid back, and even though all of the students were at different levels, he kept us busy by teaching different moves based on our level. it was actually the first time I did dynamic movements rather than static poses so I was really excited about trying something new!

The intro classes can feel intimidating bc they mix first timers with people that have been taking classes for a while. But I think it just goes to show that consistency pays off! Kennedy and Melissa are kind and great instructors as well:) def recommend trying out all the different apparatuses. The only con is that parking can be difficult and classes get canceled if only 1 person is signed up

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is one of the best pole fitness related classes I’ve ever taken. It was a mix of Mat Pilates and flexibility/conditioning (no pole work). Jenny was structured, had clear communication and I feel like I learned new moves to work on flexibility and strength. The only PSA I would give is to bring your own mat! The studio ones just aren’t as supportive and certain moves hurt a bit doing on a harder surface so I would definitely bring a comfy mat if you can.
