However, there was a twist after meeting the instructor. Felicia conducted the class really well. Her soft and soothing voice paired with her observant skills ensured that we were comfortable during meditation was a bonus. I felt refreshed after the class. Thanks Felicia. 😊

Key is to be able to still your mind. I drifted off to an almost-sleep state midway through. Interesting experience overall and she was also kind enough to answer any questions that we had at the end. Thank you for the great session!
