It was quite a steep learning curve but the instructor Scott was very patient and encouraging. 140bpm was probably too fast for me as a complete beginner but I think I managed 1 bar out of 4. It was a good experience and workout. Enjoyed the class. Recommend complete noobs like me to probably do Basic first. Unless you’re young and athletic. lol.

His cheerful words and intense movements kept inspiring us and let us feel how rewarding it was to make efforts to achieve some goals with lots of energy and dedication.
