If you’re new to yoga, definitely do the slow class first to work your way up. I loved the music they played, and the cold towel at the end was a perfect touch!

I choose to a Perspire Yoga video; it felt so good to stretch! My room also had a shower in it, so that was an extra refreshing benefit too! I can’t wait to come back again.

Although it was my first class here, it definitely won't be my last! (Also there is parking in the back of the building, and you have to go in the side door not the front door). Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. I wore tight yoga pants and a tight tank top and wish I would've worn looser clothes to be more comfortable.

Also, the class was as easy or difficult as you choose because you can choose to use heavier weights or lighter weights, or even faster/slower modified movements. I tried the Flux Red® Non-Invasive Body Sculpting and the before and after pictures don’t lie — after just my first session I was surprised, but after my second the results were undeniable. My muscles are visibly tighter and I could feel the difference. The science makes sense once she explains it, and she explains it well.
