I will say I was accidentally skipped for a towel, along with two other women in the class, and when I approached the employee who passed them out after class didn’t say sorry or even really speak a word to me. The entire thing was awkward. I would encourage strong customer service skills among the entire team.

She was so knowledgable and made sure our form was as close to perfect as possible, to prevent injury. Which is what I look for in my workout classses. Will absolutely be back!

With the wall length mirror you could see the instructor easily and keep an eye on your form, except when facing the barre. I’d never done a barre class before and was surprised with the amount of palates inspired exercises, but a pleasant surprise. I was hoping for more bar work, but overall a challenging and great work out. Would take this class again!

Patty was a diligent but welcoming instructor, so not only was I comfortable, but I also felt like I was learning and being challenged. She’s also very proactive about encouraging adjustments if needed. Also the class itself was extremely friendly, I felt so welcomed even as a stranger! Would love to come again.

Before the class started, she made it a point to ask for any medical or sports injury and also reminded us that there were options to each movement and to listen to our bodies.
