This is the first and only place in Thailand where you can try the CLMBR machine, a cutting-edge workout loved by Hollywood stars. The class was so much fun and a refreshing way to try something new. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views that make the workout even more enjoyable. Gain, The trainer was supportive and attentive, providing just the right amount of guidance to keep everyone motivated. I highly recommend this class—it’s truly one-of-a-kind!

Jar's energy really encourages you to push yourself, and Nick is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness in general. The class was an endurance style, which can be intimidating, but they cleverly formatted it into a team style work out, so you had opportunities to rest and peers to cheer you on! Also, a really great view. Great experience, I definitely recommend and I will for sure be back!
