The instructor Wei is enthusiastic, really fast, and strong. I sweated a BUNCH in the HIIT hot yoga class. Great thing is that you’re not pressured to push yourself if it gets too intense.

I was so wrong, I was DRENCHED in sweat within 10 minutes! The workout burned soooo good. Definitely think I’ll be back.

I also appreciated the hands-on adjustments—it felt so personalized. I used the neck wedge for the first time, and it was a game-changer for my neck! I left the class feeling rejuvenated and balanced. Highly recommend Dawn Patrol Yoga, especially if you're looking for a top-notch, personalized experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
