There were others in the class who are repeat attendees and learned a sequence of moves but I didn’t feel neglected at all while Greta showed me and other beginners how to do a handful of moves ourselves. The warm up exercises at the beginning of class was great and fun! The class size was small, about 8-10, and it was easy to hear Greta speak within the intimate and clean studio.
