Great studio! I have taken so many hundreds of yoga classes and this was one of the best ever! Carolyn led a dynamic, fun and challenging class. I loved her focus on the “body home” and as always it was exactly what I needed that day to the point it felt like the class was just for me. I love how yoga can be like that. Take Carolyn’s class if you can!!
