alle beoordelingen weergevenI made an appointment for my husband for 2:30. I got an email a few hours later and in the subject line it said a name and number there was no actual message. The only reason I knew it was them was because I clicked on who it was from and saw the business name on the email. I call and a lady answers the phone and I tell her I have an appointment at 230 and I got an email. She asks if we can move it to 3. I told her I’ll ask if my husband can. My husband okays the time I call back. She answers the phone but says nothing. It’s quiet for a good 30 seconds and then she gives me a confused “hello?”. The problem here is that you’ve answered the phone and there’s no greeting. I’m not sure if it’s gone to voicemail or if the call has dropped. She asks if my husband is going to have a code when he comes. I tell her class pass doesn’t give codes that its basically just booking an appointment. Then collects all of my information as if I’m making an appointment again. My husband said the massage helped with his shoulders. There’s nothing inherently wrong with this experience but the customer service side is a bit frustrating. Unprofessional emails with no greeting or context. Unprofessional phone calls with no greetings.
