Reflexology was amazing- 50 minutes of pressure points/massage on feet. Isaac was great. Was able to tip with card at the end. Their website has the service listed for $100 so tipped off of that. Would return!

I checked in early, enjoyed the individual sauna rooms with cold water, extra towels, cold face towels with eucalyptus ! the sauna had speakers and a TV inside so although you are in the heat, it makes it comfortable. you can connect your phone to Netflix and relax. I feel so relaxed. The staff was friendly as well.

So note that the service isn’t covered with the points. Last time I added something separate so maybe the fee was there and it wasn’t mentioned but when I left today I later got the call about me owing the service fee so I took care of it over the phone. The first time around the person was very nice and attentive. Today we didn’t get the buzzer so we would have to yell to get help if something would have gone wrong which is concerning. The lack of transparency was not ok. I’ve booked IV’s through ClassPass before and this has never been the case.
