The instructor taught really well. I thought the flow of the class went really well and honestly it went so fast I was sad it was over! I will definitely be back!

She gives you options then guides you to ensure you’re in correct form. I like that the room gets pretty warm because it makes you feel like you’re really getting something done.

The only thing I would advise is the parking and checking in. It’s a bit confusing so just ask the cafe in the front for check in information. Other than that it was so much fun!!

Kennedy was incredible—her energy, encouragement, and attention to detail pushed me to work harder than I thought I could. The heat added an extra layer of intensity, making it so rewarding. She really knows how to engage the core and maximize every move. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and completely refreshed. She is truly amazing—her energy is contagious, and she knows how to keep everyone motivated and moving. The other women in the class were so friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable even as a newbie. I left the class feeling energized and encouraged. Highly recommend!!
