alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved this class! I have been searching for a mat Pilates class, and I am so glad to have been able to find such a great studio in the area! If I’m not mistaken, it’s one of the only studios in the area to offer mat Pilates, so kudos to SubHerban! It was personally my first time doing hot Pilates, and I was a bit nervous but I left drenched in sweat and feeling GREAT! Krystah is super nice, welcoming, and can put together & teach a great class. I appreciated the cool down moments in the class, and her reminders to breathe (because I personally always forget when the exercises get challenging!). I also appreciated the cool towels at the end of class. The only thing I would change/request is earlier class options throughout the week so I could go more often … but that’s just my personal preference! 😊 I can’t wait for next class! ✨
