PILATES MAT
alle beoordelingen weergevenLoved the workout and the instructor was great and motivating. Just a heads up if you’re a beginner - I’d say this class is probably better for someone who’s already somewhat familiar with Pilates. I didn’t notice her giving any pointers to anyone but also it was a room full of experienced ladies, so probably no need. All in all, this was a great class and I look forward to my next one! ☺️

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor was nice! I didn’t realize beforehand that the class wasn’t Zumba style but was instead a dance choreography class, but it was a cool experience! Definitely intimidating at times as the other participants in the class seemed like professional hip hop dancers, but everyone was nice and hyped each other up! The choreography wasn’t impossible to master and the pace of the class was perfect. Would come again!

alle beoordelingen weergevenAndrea (hope I’m spelling that right) was everything an instructor should be. She handled me with care and precision, gave me modifications and was super attentive. I feel blessed that I was able to take a class with her guidance. Thanks Andrea! This was a 10/10 class - I loved it. Mind you, I rarely write reviews.
