alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class! Dennis is super patient and helpful. Compared to another morning yoga class nearby in a garden, this class is more challenging and feels more like a workout. I had some really nice stretches and got the core workout I desperately needed as I struggled to find Pilates studios in the area. I only wish the floor was slightly less sandy but it’s understandable!
