She acknowledges when people need and have made adjustments to protect your back and joints. Maybe just some more adjustments or alternatives for people with knee pain at the end I couldn’t do the half pigeons my knee was hurting from when I took Leah’s class earlier in the week.

He made sure everyone was on the same page, moving at a comfortable pace, and feeling good about their progress. He frequently checked in with us to make sure we were doing well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this class with Kai!

The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!
