I thank her for creating an inclusive environment where I felt safe and at ease doing challenging poses with her support, without pushing myself into an aggressive state. The pranayama and savasana sessions also came at good places. I’ll definitely go back.

Teacher was very detailed in her observation of the dynamics of my movement, and gave specific suggestions and cues for correction. Her modifications for alignment were subtle, and didn't force my body into positions it perhaps was not ready for. The space itself is neat and accessible. I would practice here again if I were in Central.
