alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time at Y7 and I really enjoyed it. It was nice to practice in dimly lit room. I enjoyed the slow flow as well. And Kelly was lovely and had a nice curated playlist. I’ll be back when I’m on this side of town again!

Probably because this is classpass or maybe i missed something? -i saw the class/studio description about pilates and it read something about ‘did you know pilates can re-shape your butt’/etc. so i assumed the class would have at least some bum and legs involved but it was only abs and a few arm things. Great for people who want to work abs intensely-not my case. It’d be nice to know which classes/teachers focus on what for next time!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe place is so cute inside every single person who is a part of this team is so kind and nice and welcoming. Definitely the kind of place you wanna come to. I’ve done a lot of sound bath, and this one was incredible. One of the best I’ve ever been to the teacher was so sweet and kind and was able to play the instruments in such a powerful way. The front desk person at check-in. I wish I got her name. She was so kind and sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back when I am in town again

alle beoordelingen weergevenClass with Nicolas was awesome! He brings a fun, warm energy. I loved getting asked what we wanted to focus on today. Class was a great mix of strengthening, stretching poses and the reminders to also take things at the pace you needed, which I always appreciate so much. The music was amazing and perfectly paired to help sustain me through the more challenging poses. 10/10 will take again.
