Thank you so much and I’ll be back! This was def one of my favorite classes because it focuses on flexibility.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time at this studio and I really enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t crazy hot or pumped with extra humidity. There is heat, just not an insane amount. If you’re sweating, it’s because you’re actually working hard :) The instructor was great at throwing out extra options for more advanced students while also offering the option to skip certain parts of you needed rest or a modification. The dark room with candlelight was nice for focusing on yourself and your own practice. I’m just passing g through the area but would come back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenLove Jenny’s sequencing and flow class. The studio is lovely and all the instructors and workers are very kind. The yoga studio isn’t tooo hot so it’s bearable and the room is large so it doesn’t feel cramped.
