alle beoordelingen weergevenI honestly don’t think I’ve ever taken a workout class where I was sad that it was ending. It was my first time visiting the studio and I wanted to be there all day. Haley is a great instructor. Her combos were effective and not dragged out super long like some studios I’ve been too. Nice studio and nice vibes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class!! Kiele did a fantastic job even though the mic wasn’t working everyone could hear her just fine and there were no issues. More variety in the music & songs with words are more my speed but that’s just a personal preference.

This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

Her classes are true Pilates mat classes, and I always leave feeling stronger and more connected. I really enjoy taking her classes and only wish I could catch them more often!

alle beoordelingen weergeveni’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

Mike was also very mindful of my injury and made sure I was good with the exercises. love the energy and vibe of the trainers and clients. I will be back!
