Normally I wouldn’t mind because I often am dying of heat in a workout class but I didn’t break a sweat once! Might be a personal issue but, it made my mind feel like I wasn’t working as hard. Class kicked my butt anyways.

Just a note, I felt the music was faster and more upbeat than what I’d like in a restore class. A slower playlist would really elevate the relaxing vibes ✨

alle beoordelingen weergevenI honestly don’t think I’ve ever taken a workout class where I was sad that it was ending. It was my first time visiting the studio and I wanted to be there all day. Haley is a great instructor. Her combos were effective and not dragged out super long like some studios I’ve been too. Nice studio and nice vibes.

This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

Her classes are true Pilates mat classes, and I always leave feeling stronger and more connected. I really enjoy taking her classes and only wish I could catch them more often!

Tough class, sculpt is definitely not for beginners, but you’ll feel amazing afterwards. 🤩 This class in particular felt hotter than usual but in a good way! Haha. Instructor’s energy was amazing throughout the whole time. The music choice switch up towards the end was great too kept the room’s energy high! Thank you 🙏

alle beoordelingen weergeveni’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

Mike was also very mindful of my injury and made sure I was good with the exercises. love the energy and vibe of the trainers and clients. I will be back!
