He’ll always remind us to check our form & super helpful with adjustments. He’s also very patient; we had some first timers today and he made sure to check in on them throughout the entire class. Good energy in class always!! BEST!

I have been to several different versions around LA and this is the most welcoming atmosphere and best time I have had. Samantha is a fantastic instructor and you can tell how passionate she is about working with us for optimal performance without hurting ourselves. She is about building strength up and loving our bodies for pushing boundaries! I absolutely recommend this is any and every one looking to enjoy the Pilates experience!

And most of the workout felt easy, but actually wasn't, which is very cool. Most moves would start out feeling very simple, but midway through you feel the work. I loved it it wasn't strenuous on the body or the mind tho. Just effective 👌🏾
