So, this may need a better levels splitting session. Overall, glad that MembersOnly has more boxing technique coaches, rather than purely fitness conditioning only coaches. Would definitely recommend.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

I called ahead to make sure I’d have a female masseuse, so I recommend this if it matters to you :) the small parking lot was full, but I found pretty easy street parking.
