The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

They took the time to walk me through the entire process—from the exercise routine to what to expect in the environment—which made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was perfect: energetic, positive, and motivating. The equipment was modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making everything feel organized and easy to follow. The group workout was especially enjoyable—there was a great sense of community, and everyone seemed engaged and supportive.
