I had no prior experience with boxing, and Adrian does a phenomenal job working with you personally. He’s got a great attitude about fitness and wants to pursue your personal fitness goals through the lens of boxing. There’s a lot of technique involved, but I always get a great workout in and a solid sweat. It’s a great community to be a part of!
