alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is a fast paced, high intensity workout class using some free weights, medicine balls and cardio equipment (bike, treadmill or outdoor run). Carly is an excellent instructor and provides great modifications for individuals with specific issues. She and the other very friendly students were patient and kind with me as a “newbie” at the studio. I recommend this class as a great workout but not for the faint of heart!

She also usually has a portion of class to work on learning more advanced poses (and she's great at explaining how to approach these poses for beginners) which has been great for expanding my practice. Can't recommend her classes enough!
