These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

I was a little nervous to try at first but by the end of the class I was feeling so much more confident. Nova is patient and is always offering tips and encouragement. The other students are also very supportive and altogether these classes feel like a safe space to learn something new. Highly recommend! I’m hooked 😄
