    This is an outstanding class. Heather is a terrific teacher. She pushes us to grow stronger, while providing a super fun time. The heated studio helps get your heart rate up, burn more calories, and increases muscle flexibility. Love the warm room, the music, the class structure, and the terrific teaching!

    Hip Hop Spin-Cycle w/Fitness Bootcamp

    Everyone here was nice from the moment I walked in. The instructors and the other people in the small class were friendly and supportive. The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. I really enjoyed it and got a great full body workout.
