However it felt very fast paced and there were times everyone was looking confused or to our neighbors for the next move because she was going super fast for a slow flow class. Would definitely take her again but not for slow flow.

A very low key vibe and I thought the class would be great for beginners but it was still really engaging for someone like me who has been doing yoga a long time. I'll have to come back sometime!
