    Very nice gym environment. The class wasn’t as difficult as I was expecting, which I appreciated as more of a beginner. You could’ve made the workout harder if you wanted to! Overall a good experience and I’ll likely return.

    Jayo is the best! His workouts are really challenging, high energy, and work on both boxing technique and HIIT training. This is definitely a killer workout that I will be coming back to every week. Also, the gym is colorful and fun and his playlist is great.

    Loved the class, the instructor was really good at explaining each work out & you’re able to go at your own pace. I think my class was a bit more full but there was enough space for everyone! Loved the song playlist too. Will definitely recommend!
