Class was still a good push even though I had to make a couple modifications. Only thing I would suggest is avoid having music that has fade-ins/outs -- it's usually not an issue but having tempo definitely helps!

Marisa was really welcoming and makes a great class that you can follow along whether you’re a beginner or experienced. She gave modifications for each posture to make the class accessible for every student. I’m so glad I decided to go to this class. Highly recommend!
