I’ve been doing classes with Karen since I started boxing and love her classes so much I didn’t wanna try anyone else’s but Monica has really cool classes like “wake and drake. Ft. Justin beiber” LOVED IT. She’s so hype and the combos aren’t super hard to follow so I can just focus on going hard loll. Anyways Monica and Karen are great.

The instructor show us how to use the reformer, breathing, basics moves and her energy is friendly and strict in the best way. She will correct your posture and adjust the exercise. The space is nice and clean and the reception was professional and explained the flow of the class, washrooms etc. also as a plus size girly the environment felt safe and welcoming.
