This needling and cupping was optional of course but as it was recommended for me, I happily underwent the extra treatment. I left feeling so much better with my muscles less tense and aching areas in my back and neck were relieved. I will definitely be back to visit City Cave. It was my second massage there and although each time I had a different masseuse both sought out trigger points and I was very pleased with the session & results.
