No nonsense exercises; it's a straightforward and effective workout. Overall, it has a strong community vibe - definitely recommend visiting this place! 🤗

The people were also very nice and supportive! The place was slightly run down and didn't have towels. Would definitely come back again:)

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe gym studio is great — all new equipment and Will & Iona are super friendly. The workouts are definitely hard work (sweaty) but doable / can adjust to your level. I was visiting Glasgow for a few weeks and came to the Saturday morning team workouts, and it was great!
