Holy Yoga Flow
alle beoordelingen weergevenThe studio was amazing - super clean and has everything you need in the changing room for you to get ready. I really liked the instructor, she was sweet and knowledgeable. I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was one of the best rides I have tried in BEATRIDERS. The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed the class. It's always intimidating when you are in a different country going to a new place but the teacher was very friendly and it was a go at your own pace class so you could get as hard a workout as you wanted. I will try to fit in another workout here this week.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI don't know how to explain this, but handsdown he is the best yoga teacher, breaking down "too serious" stereotypes among yoga class, super refreshing humour and just perfect pace of movement, his story telling skill just exactly what we need to evoke that inner child to sit and listen, as if we're being told a bed time stories, I've been to many yoga classes but his earned a favourite in my heart (great music in the background too!). There are so much good things i can say about him, If only I'm not a tourist, i definitely be a regular in his class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenit was a lovely experience for a good price, but I recommend booking a full hour instead of half hour. there is often some overlap with other groups, causing cues for the one shower downstairs. I also would enjoy a bit more oversight and supervision from the hosts (who were cleaning the space really well btw). in my session, I was sharing the space with 2 groups of 3 guys, two of which started talking to me non stop both inside and around the sauna. even though I tried cutting off the talking, I felt quite uncomfortable, especially knowing I paid only for a short time of relaxation.
