Was helaas wel iets te veel mensen tijdens de les dus je ligt dan toch wel behoorlijk op elkaar met hier en daar per ongeluk een aanraking. Wellicht het aantal beperken? Verder echt een heerlijke les en ik zal zeker terug komen, op een rustiger tijdstip!

It was my first time to try out restorative yoga and I enjoyed it very much - it allowed me to observe where in the body I have more tension and release some of it with gentle movement and breathing. Towards the end of the class I already felt contentment and calmness, couldn't stop smiling. I recommed this studio wholeheartedly!
