I really appreciate the structure of her classes and the variety of exercises she offers, which always make me break a sweat and leave me feeling strong by the end of the class. I also love the Sol studio, which is clean and comfortable, and a big bonus is the availability of showers and fresh towels!

You can really feel the energy and passion she brings to the class! The studio itself is beautiful, and has such a great atmosphere.
