No indications on form or posture, no cues on timing to perform the exercise, which is the entire essence of Lagree, etc.. The instructor was not Lucie by the way, was someone else. I normally do Lucie’s classes and I like them better

alle beoordelingen weergevenCaroline is an excellent pilates instructor, the exercises are well designed and adequately challenging for an intermediate class. She was quick to adapt to the needs of clients and attentive to making adjustments. However, the studio would benefit from mirrors and better ventilation.
