I think it worked out as there was a person who had a similar fitness/age to me, and 3 other youngish guys. However, if I was in a group of 4 guys I think I would find it a bit daunting. So a bit of organising of groups by the instructor to balance things out would be welcome.

I would definitely recommend this class to those who already have some experience with Pilates, as the pace and difficulty level might be challenging for beginners.
