ABS AND A$$
alle beoordelingen weergevenBrooklyn was freaking fantastic. Her cues were top notch, especially when you’re in the fitness world you can tell when someone pours a lot of effort and time into their work. She was so knowledgeable. Music transitions were so good, I thought I was in a mat sculpt class for a second! She knew her sh*t! I will def keep coming for her classes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMy 2nd time taking the Lift and Sculpt class and it’s definitely my new favorite class. What a challenging but rewarding class!! Instructor was good with her cues and demonstrating how to complete the moves. Good playlist. Obviously a lot of time, effort, and thought was out into this workout. Im addicted!

alle beoordelingen weergevenCatalina is one of my favorite instructors. She balances motivation, encouragement, and pushing you to your max. (My legs are still shaking 10 min after class and that’s with multiple personal breaks in between, lol.) her classes are both physically and cognitively demanding. She clearly explains which muscles and body parts are supposed to be feeling the intensity which allows me to focus my attention on those areas.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI love core and restore! It’s a great mix of abs/obliques focus + 25 minutes of deep stretch. Destiny is great giving options to go deeper or make it lighter. I love that she distinguishes between the “work” and the restore by turning off the lights, putting up battery candles, slowing down the music and spraying eucalyptus spray on those who want it to really set the tone that it’s time to rest. I look forward to it every week!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was a great class - Connelly gave clear directions, the pace was quick enough to be effective but slow enough to concentrate on the move & workout. Smaller class size was enjoyable and the facility is one of the nicer ones I’ve been too

alle beoordelingen weergevenLOVED the pace of the workout and the attentiveness of the instructor. This place approaches Pilates in a way that is not intimidating and beginner friendly. Unlike some of the more well know Pilates gyms. Can't wait to go again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenLorri gives corrections. I like the soft music she played, which made it easier to concentrate on her instructions. It is a nice stretch class. One thing I really like about the equipment is the leather shoulder strap. As other gyms I tried all have the soft fabric type it is hard for me to reach them due to my shoulder problem. Will go back again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenVery NICE ques from the instructor! Never stopped for a second throughout the class! Always paying attention to posture details. And always walking around the room and making adjustments for students. Unlike a lot of other Pilate studios having that silence and nothing improving students on

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first Pilates class and it was amazing! The instructor was so wonderful with his instruction, was very clear and easy to understand. He was also very considerate with asking for consent to gently correct my form (which was needed and appreciated!!) all and all I will definitely be back. Everyone from the front desk was also very kind and welcoming! Thanks Club Pilates for a great first experience !!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve been to about 6 Pilates classes at 6 different studios. Legacy Club Pilates is my favorite so far. I am thankful there is no loud music and that the focus is on the flow of exercises to strengthen and lengthen upper, core and lower body. They have a system (and add’l props) that non of the other studios have to safely support the body while still challenging the different muscle groups. The instructor was so nice and watched our group to make small adjustments when needed.
